under my cammies. Even without the debris between the wraps of netting. Just tested 2 hours in the two mylar bags at 32F 8 mph wind, a bit of snow mixed with rain. I wasn't really cold in just the longjohns and cammies, gloves and balaclava, regular socks and shoes, inside the two mylar bags, but i dont think I could sleep without first accllimizing to the cold and taking a sedative.

Again with the drugs, in a SHTF scenario, they will kill you very quickly.

Frozen stiff in a drug induced coma does not sound like a lot of fun but would be easier for the animals to drag off.

I guess a mylar bag might last 12 hours without getting torn to shreds, if you didn't roll around too much, but what would Melvin use the 2nd night of a SHTF scenario?

when are you going to post pictures of this stuff? I'll stick with my cold weather gear, it will hold up to heavy use and not fail when I'm in the middle of nowhere... |
