1. A quick but wrong explanation.
2. A vague answer with insults.
3. A correct answer after Google cheating with insults of course.
4. A reply containing just insults and no mature reply.
5. A brief concise and polite reply without even a snark of a remark.
6. Ignore all together.

I’m not familiar with it, but I’m not a long range shooter and make no claim of expertise on the subject. My longest shooting is 215 or so yards, usually with a carbine in 9mm, 38 special or 45 colt.

What is it? (Since he’s made it clear he doesn’t know and - like most subjects - isn’t interested in learning.)

Natural Respiratory Pause basically mastering breath control while shooting. It's the point or time span before the inhale and exhale or vs versa.
It's a great thing to practice in any firearm drill particularly in dry fire to cut down on errors in trigger control and follow through.

Some people fall into using it naturally others don't.

You could be using it and don't realize it.
Simply it's the steadiest point of your breathing cycle and helps one settle onto the target.
