and you wont get to carry more than one longarm. If you aint got it with you, you can't shoot it. So, regardless of how "superior" it might be, your choice AInT as able to handle the other jobs. The shotgun aint waf beyond about 30 yds, the bolt action sniper-big game rifle aint waf for rapidfire close stuff, and if you lack a silencer on them neither one is waf for shtf,, due to the noise calling in your killers and scaring off game. Neither one is concealable, nor usable with one hand, both require very expensive custom installation of luminous sights, neither is waf at night without same. neither one uses the GI rd, nor lets you use .22lr ammo, so they both suck, even if you could carry both.

Simple question - other than people who do so for their job (cops, soldiers, guides, etc) who do you know who literally "carries" a rifle on a daily basis?

Who said it had to be now, or daily now? The point is, if you aint got it, you wont have it when the time of need for it comes. You're the only guy on gun forums, who's admitted that he got an AR, 22 unit and silencer, but the popularity of same on youtube shows that plenty have done so, but wont give me credit for having made them aware of the advantages. The extra 6" of barrel you chose (ie, 16") precludes one of the reasons to favor the AR, its ease of concealment when taken down. 16.5" of barrel, 1" of propietary flashhider, and 6.5" of can also add up to a package that's a LOT less handy than 7.5" of can and 10.5" of barrel. The latter, totalling 18", can be concealed under the arm, under a coat, on a sling, if you've got the folding stock for the AR. That can easily make all the difference in the world, one day.

On the .22 unit, you're going to hate hearing this name, but it was actually MRostov who was the most influential in me looking into them a LONG time ago. On the suppressor, it was partly Hard Rock, partly you, and more largely LongGun1; who has turned into an actual, real-world friend. (Look up my past threads - I had an "A suppressor question for Hard Rock", don't recall a "Suppressor question for gunkid" thread. But you really believe that anyone who owns these widely-available, commercially-sold items should "give you credit". Wow. Told you before. I've been using AR's for over three decades and have never once had to conceal one broken down.
