4" barrel and 3" of can (and underchamber telescoped back around and under the barrel) I can reliably hit 3" disks at 50 yds. try THAT with regular .22 and no ear protection. :-) by the time you hit 3, youll be flinching. 2.5" longer than a gov't model 1911, so it's usable from a shoulder rig, fairly quickly, stows away again a second. So it COULD be used to raise holy hell in a lot of places, several times per day, every day, actually. Knew a guy who used a folding bicycle to rob banks, so he could utilize his own car for the final getaway. He made the mistake of telling his wife and she ratted him out " to save him". :-) He was saved, all right, had to do 15 years of a prison sentence.

So one guy COULD (easily) put a stop to any rioting in any one town, in a week or so, and certainly turn a crowd down another street, rather than proceeding down HIS street. A bit of cover, 2-3 seconds of nobody noticing him, a disguise, a change of clothes, move, repeat. Being in the street would be REALLY unpopular in a very few days. No real connection and nobody really wanting him caught, either. :-) other than worthless, inept scumbags, no sweat there.

When you have no reason to CARE about good hits, and not trying to overwhelm, take or hold ground, just inflicting casulties (again and again) looking like anyone else and vanishing, hey, that's tough to deal with and rioters AInT tough.
