I'm looking for a reliable 7 rd mag for my 1914 Colt 1911, that will feed 200 grain LSWC's for SASS sanctioned Cowboy Action "Wild Bunch" matches. The magazine must fit flush to be legal in this match. Any recommendations?
well the only sure fire way to fix your problem is to find some mags that have good tubes. buy a bunch of repair kits and start mixing and matching till you get reliable combination's, of components.
I use Wilson mags for IPSC, but Wild Bunch requires that the mag base plate be flush with the base of the mag well.
