Hey everyone, i purchased a 25 auto from a friend acouple months ago for 40 bucks an was hoping someone here knew some info on the gun. It's a Wischo kg erlangen. I just know that it was made in germany.
Interesting...in th e pic, it seems to jave a few surface features of both the Browning "Baby" ( classy) and the Phoenix Arms/Lorcin /Davis stuff("affordable").Any slide markings on it,printing on the frame or anything??
hey, 'N-GRETS77' why don't you just FEEL proud in the score of a $40 STRIKER-FIRED P.O.S.?,,,, ya-know?,,,I personally enjoy wipein' the blood off of the DEAD DRUG-RUNNERS A-K 47[plus the strip-down/shake-down turns UP some 'neat-shit'],,,,,ALAS,! thet's jest me.
wow, i found my gun, lol. i have one of the same. mine has a few embossed insignias on the side of which i am incuding in a pic. any information would be helpful
Well I don't really have any info on the gun thats why I made this thread. I just bought mine from a friend for 40 bucks. Nice gun but don't know anything about it. How does yours shoot. Mine jammed acouple times, I cleaned it an oiled it but haven't tried shooting it after I did that.
this one shoots like a charm. never had any problems with it. does yours have the same markings on side? i am almost believing them to be german officer markings. sure like to know. hoping someone will answer us that knows. i cant find this gun in any of my books.
The Made in Germany indicates that the pistol was made for export to foreign countries either before or after WW2. The little eagle stamp is the German proofmark. It is highly doubtful that it was a military pistol. Military would be waffenamp marked Waa.
I have been searching for many years to identify this gun. WoW thanks for posting that picture. I have the same gun with a broken slide. I have one in 25 caliber with a broken slide. If anyone would have a parts gun they might sell, I need the Slide and the Slide Spring. Please let me know. I would like to fix this one for a pocket pistol.
You may want to give Jack First Gunshop a call..
Their website: http://www.jackfirstgun.com/index.php
Not much in the way of information on the site, but they may be able to make a new slide for you.. but then, it may cost more than a new gun..
I'd sell it to the first sucker who had $50 that he didn't want.
