in with everyone else on the yard. Same with Hepatitis C guys. That's an outrageous risk that they are FORCING others to take, and they don't even realize it (mostly) and there's no defense against it. Htf are you supposed to know that somebody bled on a door handle right before you touch it, hmm? or spat in your food?

Hepatitis is no joke. It's actually a lot more transmittable than HIV,especially outside of the usual vectors( sex, transfusion, dirty needles)etc due to its ability to survive outside of a body longer. I have known a lot of people with one or both problems. Neither is something to take lightly. On one hand ,there's better " maintenance drugs" for HIV,that can allow something approaching a normal life. But" undetectable viral load" does NOT mean " cured. OTOH,because of its potentially long dormancy stave,Hep C can wreck you before you even think to get screened. Ironically, there's an actual cure for Hep C- big change from when Interferon was all they had for HAART. |

Look up some of the new drugs (therapeutic cure) for it. Not everyone is a candidate for it(depending on strain) but he may or may not qualify.

VA is messed up in some ways, but their IS Clinic-at least Boston and Manchester-are pretty solid due to the sharing of personnel from Boston City,Fauci and the Pasteur Institute people.

Any community clinic in a major city will have Hepatitis C and HIV positive patients right there with patients with regular type maladies. Are we supposed to show special care to convicts?

Trump's gonna fix VA. Vets are goiing to be able to go to any hospital or dr's office, get treated like anyone else, and VA will pay for it. No waiting for 4 months to get something that should be taken care of in a week.

You can already do that.

You have the right to go any hospital if you live more than 30 miles from a VA clinic or Hospital. If you can't get there on your own transportation will be provided. Trump needs to check his sources better.
