E oregon, most of it, is prairie or desert. I love mountains, trees, lakes, streams. Also don't care for the sun beating down, wind blowing unobstructed right thru ya, little fuel wood, etc. It's possible that N CA aint too effed up. Will see. We're stuck where we are for another year, yet.

You can get all of that in Montana, lots of good people with a positive attitude towards firearms.

Az or S Carolina are the other picks, but the mountains are WAY too much snow, ice and cold for me. For a few years, we'll be stuck in one place, but once wifey's training is complete and my investments have built up, we're going to migrate twice a year. I hate both heat and cold. and I"ve had enough indoor crap to last me forever.
