size and weight gun, or your gun is just for home or vehicle, the older Star .45's are now regarded as being C and R models. does NOT include the PD of course.

Schlep around a .45 1911 most of the time, the rest of the time it's either the .38 Super 1911, or the Defender..... I have a G19...if I carry it once a year it's a lot.

that you don't use. It's not like the G19 is a collector's item. why switch back and forth between .45 and .38 super? At least you're not stupid enough to swap between DA and SA, like a bunch of dumbasses I see posting on forums. they want a "rotation" of different guns, or even different locations for the holster. Duh.

Haven't had time to shoot it yet, I've spent the best part of a week putting sweat equity in on the local Cowboy Action range. My wife is the club Cowboy Action Director and is putting on her first match in May Probably next week, I'll get some trigger time as I've got my Series '70 back from the gunsmith with a new sight installed, so I have to zero them both. |
