According to the Comanche County website, the population density is only 103 people per square mile.. Is this sufficient to even have a ghetto..? (This is a somewhat rhetorical question.)

Population: 110,514
Area: 1,069 sq. miles

I don't know; that one house across the water looks like it has a nice screen porch on the back. You could probably house 16-18 of those rehab patients in there alone.

in OK, you can have weekly rental "at will"

when it's a "sobriety house" They can be evicted at any time, and their remaining rent returned to them. They have no legal recourse.

wtf said I needed "most people". ? all I need is the 20 who want to rent from me. If it's allowed legally, everybody else can eat it.

wtf said it had to be done in any one county or state? Just because YOU are unable to move and seek out a primo area does not mean that your betters are so limited.

Please Melvin, tell us who are "your betters", then explain in detail why you think that way.
