you'll see the same thing I saw, if you shoot more than 3-4 with each. they just run off. Shoot them with my .45 loads and they wont.

Earth to gunchild -

Already answered that contention repeatedly, as recently as this month. Seriously, if you stepped away from the drugs for a few weeks, you might remember these conversations better. This is from another of your "45 ball is inadequate for woodchucks" tirades, naturally in a makarov thread :

John, I've stopped armadillos and possums with .380 fmj/fp. Multiple times. I've also stopped them with 45acp 185 jhp, 9mm (even the low-energy 147 hi-shok), .22LR from a pistol and .38spl 158 swc.

Again, actually doing stuff, it's better than reminiscing of things past; things done 40 years ago and seen thru a drug-induced fog...
So no, you non-shooting, non-gun-owning buffoon, I don't need to seek out critters to kill just to find out if bullets hurt things. Bullets do hurt things; that's inarguable to anyone who's not on drugs. And the question of whether a milspec 45 auto load is adequate for a 20-lb mammal, is unanswered only in the minds of fools and motards.

I hope I wasn't unclear.

He has clearly shown that he has never used a modern hollow point or even a good SWC in this century. The old military hardball will pass thru almost everything an leave a 45cal. hole without much shock. CorBon, Buffalo Bore, Black Hills make some fantastic ammo these days. Lot of bullets available for reloaders out there too. Or can cast your own for practice.Sure beats wasting hours with a hacksaw or dremel doing a lot of butchery on split bullets that might put two on a paper plate at 5 yds.

Another thing, leave the critters alone.
I said that before FordPerfect does.
