'wifey" make's $14.00

per hour at a part time job, yet she has no problem spending $1100.00 for .22 LR. Why does this strike me as odd? She spends more than a month's earnings on ammunition?

She gets 13k per year student loans, dumbass, which she doesn't have to repay if she works as a nurse. :-)

First off, your a liar. Second off, do the math. You on welfare, earning zero, and "wifey" part time at $14.00 per hour even plus the imaginery loan and your still at the poverty line for two Adults. Maybe you live in a car, or don't eat, or you get a good price for your food stamps. Your NOT affording $1100.00 for non existing ammunition for non existing guns. You'll always be a liar.

our rent is $250 a month, the best deal in town. Electricity has been averaging under $60 a month, due to AC. Everything in this 2 bedroom is electric, so it might be a bit higher in winter, but the winters are typically short and mild here. My biggest expense is her family in Asia, which runs about $700 a month, average. She works in food, so she gets one meal free. Breakfast is pancakes for her, for me it's cereal and fruit. She cooks the other meals, or we eat at subway or mac's. Food runs us about $500 a month.

You have been getting those school loans since the 80s, what a scam.

I got ONE loan, for 2k, in the late 70's. what do YOU do for your pension, Joe? nothing, that's what. I"ve been getting school loans since august, 2013. you get 5 years of them. So I'm good until may of 2018. By then, wifey will be an RN with a good job. Many millions of people in the US have such loans. By then, I"ll be clearing 40k per year. With our combined CLEAR income of 75k per year, that's like a gross of 120k. With that sort of income, I"ll be able to get a VA homeloan for at least 1/4 mill. (at 2%) That will buy a HUGE old house, which I can live in (and rent out at least 20 rooms), for 5k per year each. 100k income gross, probably have costs of 35k per year, and lose 20k to taxes, etc. It'll be owned by a corporation, of course, so no SS. Still, to clear 45k, on top of our 75k clear, I'll be doing all right. :-) Rights restored by 2020, guaranteed and maybe a LOT sooner than that, too.

You're gonna buy a 21 bedroom house ("at least") for a quarter million?

I've had this conversation with him before. Yes, he believes he's going to do it. Never mind the zoning restrictions of creating a flophouse in a neighborhood, just the issues with either parking 20 residents' cars, or dealing with 20 foot-trafficking residents in the neighborhood creates problems all their own.

Slumlords are not well respected in the neighborhoods. Any neighborhood.

I've read so many outlandish claims from him that I assumed he planned on buying a house with 21 separate rooms. I guess it makes more sense that he would want to mimic gen-pop. Go with what you know.

just cause YOU are incapable of building a wall in each room (in other words, 13 rooms total in the house, doesn't mean your betters can't do so. Ditto for creating a couple of bathrooms.

also, the 110k per year gross, lets me buy $350k house, but given a tax sale or repo, it can be easily half that expensive, too.

Many are doing exactly the same thing in okc. FEW such residents HAVE a car, jackass. When you set it up as an alcohol/drug "recovery" house, there's many sections of town where it can be done. There's 3000 homeless in OKC.
