Range tomorrow

Hopefully, depending on the weather, going to the range with the grandsons tomorrow where they will shoot REAL guns like 45s, 9mm, an ARs etc. Real boys, real guns, no airsoft, they outgrew those many years ago. And they won't be shooting all the critters roaming around either.

I believe that our local range no longer permits the use of AirSoft ammunition because of the "step-on while barefoot" hazard..

Heading out to the range today, to do end of the year cleanup, not glamorous but it has to be done.

Great day, great weather, all had fun, lots of guns shot. Two minor problems, a mainspring went bad on a old model 10 an somebody( FordPerfect) tried to shoot 40S&W in his 45acp. Split that brass pretty good. All the brass sorted an tumbled. Son finally getting smart an trading off two glucks for more 1911s. Got my 38 super back from DIL, she likes it so it will be hers when I go. After hand operation a 45 LTWT is a little much right now. She has her own 938 Sig rainbow.
Another good thing, no critters got killed, only paper, pumpkins an steel gongs. Farmers an livestock were not harmed.
Hoping Fordperfect posts some pics.
