Old Guns in .45 acp

Very interesting articles for those of us who appreciate firearms from a bygone era

I was lucky enough to get one of the Brazilian re-imports of the S&W M1917 for a ridiculous $165.00, I think it was. It is worn, but shoots very good with standard ball ammunition. I really like these old timers. The half-moon clips give a speedy reload.

if you value a fast 7th shot, why bother with revolvers, hmm? they'll never be even half as fast, (reliably) as swapping mags, (much less matching an auto that holds 20 rds in the first place.

Why are you always such a jerk? HMMM? The Adult's were talking about old .45's, not combat guns. Go play with your airsoft.
