California, Like Illinois has always been anti-gun. Now they have went even further demanding that AR-15's so called "Bullet Guns" must be registered or turned in for confiscation. Any magazine over 10 rounds must be turned in or destroyed. You can be an instant felon if you possess a single 15 round magazine.
I just watched a short show on the new laws that were signed off. Last year when we were in Lake Havasu, my wife and I tossed the idea of going into California but their gun laws scared us off. I could just imagine getting pulled over and the cop freaking when I told him I had 20 guns in the SUV. This just reinforces my decision not to leave any tourist dollars in that state.
They would have labeled you as the terrorist of the century with all those lever action rifles an SA pistols an a cowboy hat! Made the news channels for months! Then they would spend 15 billion deciding if armbands should be outlawed!
same with all the guys who are afraid to buy or make silencers. Their only concern is the 1 gunowner in 100,000 who won't knuckle under. Fortunately, that's still 500 guys, which is plenty to put the skids under Big Bro
